Add new life to an existing wood or masonry fireplace with Sierra Flame’s stylish Flush Mount 34'' Electric Fireplace Insert. The stunning and life-like ‘gradient’ flame is intensified by the visually impressive traditional log set, included with your insert. Finished with a black steel surround and overlay, the versatile design of this insert will work with many décor styles.

Insert features 4 stage front and 4 stage internal back lighting with latest LED light technology. Conveniently control the flame height and intensity of the natural looking flame with the included remote control. Unlike many electric fireplaces the heat in this fireplace is vented upwards form overlay, so no front grills are present. This design feature allows for a clean, sleek front look of your fireplace.

This insert can be leveled with 4 leveling legs on underside of the unit for the perfect fit and look. Turn on the heat to warm you up on chilly winter nights or use it without the heating feature for simple mood or stylistic purposes. The Sierra Flame 34’’ Electric Fireplace Insert comes standard with a black overlay.

If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 7-14 days, or if you order Made-to-order & custom orders lead times are between 2-24 weeks and we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send shipping confirmation once ordered items are manufactured and ready to ship Free shipping is only applicable for 48 contiguous states. We will send separate shipping quote to ship out to other states or countries. Shipment process: Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at sales@blazeelectrics.com. High demand items, back orders, low/no inventory items and custom made orders delivery dates mentioned in the product or cart pages are tentative and subject to change. Custom Orders and Made to orders lead times are 2-24 weeks.

At BlazeElectrics we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days, just pay return shipping & restocking fee. It's as simple as that. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product upon completion of the return. Customers must reach out to BlazeElectrics in order to arrange the return, and to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy. Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that BlazeElectrics will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
