Delivery and Inspection

More often then not, shipments/packages make it to your location without a problem. However, if they do, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your packages following a few guidelines. Note that any type of damage will require photos submitted to sales@blazeelectrics.com within 48 hours of receipt to process your return/exchange.

Pre-Delivery: If you are not there to sign-for or inspect the delivery, and authorize the freight company to leave the order without a signature (by leaving a note, etc.), BlazeElectrics cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.

Upon Delivery: When it arrives, ensure that the pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pallets/pieces you are supposed to have received. Note any missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign. Example: “Only Received 3 of 4 pieces.” Call us at (931)980-6820 immediately to let us know you are missing pallets/pieces. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the missing items or replace them.

Immediately inspect for any visible damages like crumpled box corners, holes/punctures, or broken pallets (which are typical signs of internal damage). If there is any visible damage REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE ORDER. Do not keep a partial order if any single item is damaged. Note any damages to the packaging or contents on the delivery receipt by specifically writing the word “Damaged”.

If there is no visible external damage, please sign-for and accept your freight. Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your items in good condition. Note that drivers will not wait for you to inspect for concealed damage.

Upon accepting your order, open and inspect your package for CONCEALED DAMAGE. You have 48 hours to email us damage photos at sales@blazeelectrics.com. You may call us at (931)980-6820 to report any concealed damage, only after we have received the corresponding photos. Please have your order number ready. Thank you.

Returns

Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened. Custom ordered products cannot be returned or refunded.

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

Some items may additionally be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return. Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost to you. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 7-14 days, or if you order Made-to-order & custom orders lead times are between 2-24 weeks and we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send shipping confirmation once ordered items are manufactured and ready to ship Free shipping is only applicable for 48 contiguous states. We will send separate shipping quote to ship out to other states or countries. Shipment process: Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at sales@blazeelectrics.com. High demand items, back orders, low/no inventory items and custom made orders delivery dates mentioned in the product or cart pages are tentative and subject to change. Custom Orders and Made to orders lead times are 2-24 weeks.

At BlazeElectrics we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days, just pay return shipping & restocking fee. It's as simple as that. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product upon completion of the return. Customers must reach out to BlazeElectrics in order to arrange the return, and to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy. Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that BlazeElectrics will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
