The SYM-34 electric fireplace, part of the SYMMETRY Series by Amantii, is a revolutionary new electric fireplace! New to the SYMMETRY series are two flame patterns – choose from Amantii’s traditional diffused flame appearance or a new realistic flame style. The SYM-34 features the multi-color FIRE & ICE® Flame Presentation: Red, Orange, Yellow. Add a designer touch to your SYMMETRY with 2 Media Bed Options: Realistic Log Set and Clear Glass media. Add a designer touch to your SYMMETRY with an optional beautifully finished Dark Grey or Bronze colored surrounds. Unit comes with black surround. Can be installed Indoor or Outdoor.

NOTICE: Heating Capacity Disclosure

Electric Fireplaces are not intended to be used as a main source of heat. It can serve as good supplementary heat source for Indoor Spaces of up to 400 sq ft.

OUTDOOR USE HEATING NOTICE:

This electric Fireplace is NOT a source of any substantial heat for outdoor spaces. The heat escapement ratio is too high in outdoor application for electric fireplace to provide any noticeable heating capacity.

Symmetry features a true clean face display unencumbered by unsightly heat vents or red glowing heat grills. The heater is located at the top of the Symmetry fireplace allowing heat to cascade down in front of the glass. The slim design allows for versatile applications including semi-flush mount within 2 x 4 walls.

If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 7-14 days, or if you order Made-to-order & custom orders lead times are between 2-24 weeks and we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send shipping confirmation once ordered items are manufactured and ready to ship Free shipping is only applicable for 48 contiguous states. We will send separate shipping quote to ship out to other states or countries. Shipment process: Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at sales@blazeelectrics.com. High demand items, back orders, low/no inventory items and custom made orders delivery dates mentioned in the product or cart pages are tentative and subject to change. Custom Orders and Made to orders lead times are 2-24 weeks.

At BlazeElectrics we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days, just pay return shipping & restocking fee. It's as simple as that. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product upon completion of the return. Customers must reach out to BlazeElectrics in order to arrange the return, and to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy. Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that BlazeElectrics will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
