We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 7-14 days, or if you order Made-to-order & custom orders lead times are between 2-24 weeks and we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send shipping confirmation once ordered items are manufactured and ready to ship Free shipping is only applicable for 48 contiguous states. We will send separate shipping quote to ship out to other states or countries. Shipment process: Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at sales@blazeelectrics.com. High demand items, back orders, low/no inventory items and custom made orders delivery dates mentioned in the product or cart pages are tentative and subject to change. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product upon completion of the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.
If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that BlazeElectrics will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
